This refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds for Redol AI services, including monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as credit booster packs. We are committed to treating all refund requests fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription refunds are handled as follows:
- Full refund: Available within 7 days of initial subscription if you have not used more than 20% of your monthly credit allocation
- Partial refund: May be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances
- No refund: After 7 days or if you have used more than 20% of your monthly credits
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are handled as follows:
- Full refund: Available within 14 days of initial subscription if you have not used more than 10% of your annual credit allocation
- Prorated refund: Available within 30 days of subscription for the unused portion of your annual subscription
- Partial refund: May be considered after 30 days on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances
2.3 Free Trial Periods
During any free trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
Credit booster packs are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues: If our service experiences significant downtime preventing you from using your credits
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
- Unauthorized purchases: If you can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorization
Credit pack refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase and will only be considered if the credits have not been used.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your Redol AI account
- Navigating to your profile settings
- Selecting "Manage Subscription"
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirming your cancellation
Important notes about cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the billing period
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team: Email us at support@redol.ai with your refund request
- Provide required information:
- Your account email address
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Allow processing time: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Await decision: You will receive an email with our decision and next steps
6. Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved:
- Review period: 3-5 business days to review your request
- Processing time: 5-7 business days to process approved refunds
- Payment method return: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Total estimated time: 11-22 business days from request to receiving refund
7. Exceptions and Limitations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Violation of terms: If your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Excessive usage: If you have used a significant portion of your credit allocation
- Change of mind: Simple change of mind after the applicable refund period has expired
- Third-party charges: Any fees charged by your bank, payment processor, or other third parties
- Promotional pricing: Services purchased at promotional or discounted rates may have different refund terms

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will:
